Time slots are usually 30-45 minute appearances.
We can certainly accommodate longer or shorter appearance times.
Santa will meet and greet with every person at your function as time permits. If you have a large chair available, Santa can sit and meet with each child attending your function. This is a great opportunity to snap a photo or two! If you have gifts for Santa to give, he can give them out if they are clearly marked and wrapped. Santa always carries souvenirs and "give a ways" for each child that meets with him. This is included in the fee.
When your event is confirmed, you will receive a "Helpful ideas to make Santa's visit go smoothly" sheet. It's filled with ideas and suggestions to help your Holiday party be a great success!
When Santa arrives at your event, he will have with him a member of his "Secret Service." They will contact you on arrival to make sure everything is still "a go" for your time. They will check the entrance to the venue and make sure nothing is overlooked that might hinder the success of Santa's entrance.
